Prp в эстетической медицине

Обзор посвящен применению PRP в эстетической медицине, приведена краткая международная классификация существующих на сегодняшний день препаратов PRP; затронуты вероятные механизмы действия PRP; рассмотрены результаты доклинических и клинических исследований по эффективности применения данного деривата крови в косметологии и пластической хирургии. PRP, вне сомнения, пред-ставляет большой практический интерес. Однако необходимы анализ опыта его использования и продол-жение научных исследований в этой области.
Prp in aesthetic medicine
The review deals with the use platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in aesthetic medicine, gives a concise international classification of currently available PRP preparations, touches upon the probable mechanisms of action of PRP, and presents the results of preclinical and clinical trials of the efficiency of using this blood derivate in cosmetology and plastic surgery. PRP is no doubt of great practical interest. However, there is a need to analyze its use and to continue researches in this area.
