Сложности дифференциальной диагностики заболеваний желудка (изъязвление, стриктура, полип)

Совершенствование эндоскопических методов (гастроскопия, эндо-УЗИ) не решило проблему дифференциальной диагностики заболеваний желудка. Необходимы специальные исследования для оценки диагностического потенциала комплекса методов лучевой диагностики при язвах, полипах, органических стенозах и неэпителиальных подслизистых образованиях стенки желудка.
Complexities in the diffrential diagnosis of gastric diseases (ulceration, stricture, polyp)
Improving endoscopic techniques (gastroscopy, endosonography) has not solved the problem associated with the differential diagnosis of gastric diseases. Special investigations are required to estimate the diagnostic potential of a set of radiodiagnostic methods for ulcers, polyps, organic stenoses and nonepithelial submucosal masses of the stomach wall.
