Курение и инфекция

Курение является важным патогенетическим фактором развития различ- ных, главным образом – респираторных инфекций благодаря негативному влиянию на местные защитные механизмы бронхолегочной системы, по- вышенной микробной адгезии к слизистым, активации воспалительных реакций и угнетению звеньев иммунной системы.
Smoking and infection
Smoking is an important pathogenetic factor in the development of different, mostly – respiratory infections due to the negative impact on the local defense mechanisms bronchopulmonary system, increased microbial adhesion to mucous, activation of inflammatory reactions and depression parts of the immune system.
